We have achieved a 'Grade 1 Outstanding' - the highest possible mark awarded by Ofsted - that shows we are succeeding in all areas of our Apprenticeship provision. 

 

The rigorous, four day assessment looked into all areas of Fareport, from the delivery of Childcare, Health & Social Care and Commercial Apprenticeships, Customised Training and 14-18 training to Leadership & Management, outcomes for learners and quality of provision. 

 

The Ofsted inspectors were especially impressed at our attention to Equality & Diversity and Safeguarding for all learners, employers and staff: 

 

The inspectors were also impressed at how "Fareport learners develop exceptionally good skills and confidence in their chosen vocational areas and very many progress from Apprenticeships to Advanced Apprenticeships and beyond. Their readiness for employment is outstanding and their understanding of client needs in Care, Childcare and Hairdressing or customer needs in Business Administration and Retail subject areas as a result of training is exceptional."
