Theresa Maple

Introducing Theresa:

Theresa joined Fareport in 2009 and brings extensive experience in collaborating with employers on all aspects of work-based learning.

As Director of Operations and Designated Safeguarding Lead, she is responsible for overseeing government-funded programs and contracts, as well as ensuring quality assurance and compliance. Her expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and operational management is instrumental in driving Fareport’s success.

Prior to joining Fareport, Theresa held a senior management role in the Health & Social Care sector, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership and service delivery.
