The Solent Leadership Academy, a partnership between Fareham College, Fareport Training and the Solent LEP, is a dedicated training provision that delivers flexible, high quality Level 4 & 5 management and leadership qualifications through a higher apprenticeship model.
This training is developed specifically for employees who are already working in managerial roles and looking to develop their skills and gain a recognised qualification in order to aid career progression and take on greater responsibility in the workplace.
