Appeals, Complaints or Feedback
Appeals are in place if a learner is dissatisfied with an assessment decision made by their Trainer or Awarding body - the appeal is based on the assessment process, i.e. planning, assessment of work, feedback or progression). A complaint is very different to an appeal - it is classified as an "expression of dissatisfaction" concerning Fareport Training or it's staff members behaviour or conduct. To make an appeal or a complaint, please read through our policy above and follow the stages detailed.
Constructive feedback is always welcome at Fareport Training as we seek to grow and improve our training provision. Learners and employers can 'have their say' using the following email address - firstname.lastname@example.org. Please feel free to email us any praise or constructive areas for improvement to ensure our training provision is consistently meeting the demands of the industry as well as personalised learning and development needs.
Equality and Diversity
Kings Equality is an independent local business specialising in all aspects of Employment Law, Equality & Diversity, HR Solutions, Performance Management and IAG (Information, Advice and Guidance). They have been working with Fareport Training Organisation since 2006 providing specialist advice to us and our staff but more importantly, to our employers and learners via a direct helpline.
The helpline is completely confidential and as an independent company, Kings Equality can offer the most relevant information, advice and guidance to all concerned, to meet their individual needs. This independent helpline continues to grow in usage year on year – due to the complexities of Employment Law and Equality & Diversity guidance. Providing this helpline demonstrates Fareport’s commitment to meeting the needs of their employers, learners and workforce as a whole.
