Appeals, Complaints or Feedback

Appeals are in place if a learner is dissatisfied with an assessment decision made by their Trainer or Awarding body – the appeal is based on the assessment process, i.e. planning, assessment of work, feedback or progression). A complaint is very different to an appeal – it is classified as an “expression of dissatisfaction” concerning Fareport Training or its staff members behaviour or conduct. To make an appeal or a complaint, please read through our policy above and follow the stages detailed.

Constructive feedback is always welcome at Fareport Training as we seek to grow and improve our training provision. Learners and employers can ‘have their say’ using the following email address – [email protected]. Please feel free to email us any praise or constructive areas for improvement to ensure our training provision is consistently meeting the demands of the industry as well as personalised learning and development needs.
