Retail & Management Trainer Assessor - Sheffield
We have a current vacancy within Commercial team for a Trainer Assessor - we are looking for a self-motivated and engaging applicant who could energise people of all ages to start, undertake and complete their qualification objectives within a 12-18 month period. Management experience and the professional assessor qualification (TAQA L3 or A1) would be an advantage however not essential, as we are happy to train 'on the job'. Ability to travel is a must. For assessing posts we look for:
A minimum of 3 years experience in Retail Management
A team player with a positive approach
Recent occupational experience
Training or assessing qualifications an advantage (A1/PTLLS/CTLLS)
Good literacy and numeracy (GCSE A-C or equivalent) essential
